Trail Tough is number 1!!!!

After finding out last week that my transfercase that was being sent to TT to be rebuilt with 6:1 gears was damaged in shipping I called Trailtough to let them know there would be a delay. I felt really bad since i was getting their only 6:1 gearset (which many wanted) and now would delay them. Linda was very cool and offered some advice with dealing with UPS. We discussed the delay and they understood the circumstances and told me it was okay to send another case and thanked me for calling them. After the conversation, I felt good that I could still get the gears I had saved up for even though I had to get another case... not too big of a deal, just another $100to spend on the money pit, hopefully...

Well, today the phone rings and it was Linda from TT calling me... IMPRESSIVE! I told her first off I found a case and was getting it out after I pulled it from a buddies parts rig. I thought she was going to say that they sold the gears or something but she shocked me by saying they already put a case together and were shipping it out, for ME! I am truly impressed. They secured me as a dedicated customer previously by just understanding me dilemma.

I think that was a pretty cool thing to do it really made them stand out as business owners. I appreciate how down to earth they are and would recommend them highly. They are right up there with Shrock. I commend you people over at TT and thanks. Brent

Re: Trail Tough is number 1!!!!

I have never had any thing go wrong ordering from TT. I orders tranfer case gears from them, went to put them in and tore the tranfer case apart more than i needed. It was on the weekend and they were closed. I called them and someone was in the shop working on there own car and he took the time out to give me step by step instructions on how to reinstall the gears. They will allways have my buisness!

Re: Trail Tough is number 1!!!!

I have ordered from them a couple times and had a 100% positive experience each time. They went out of their way to accomodate my bizarre scheme of a cuumulative gift certificate last Xmas, too.

When I need somehting for my rig I always pop up their site first. Customer service makes a HUGE difference to a lot of people, including me.

Brent and Linda are A-OK in my book too.

he allways remembers me and calls me by name when I say hi on the phone.
