Shocks/Large Tires

Hello All,
I am shopping for shocks for my Samurai & would appreciate hearing pros & cons about what others are running w/ similar set-ups (heavy axles/wheels).
I'm using a missing link/SPOA + Toyota axles + 35" BFG M/T's.

Regards,
Tim Justice [email protected]

Re: Shocks/Large Tires

At all costs, avoid Rancho 5000 and ProComp ES3000. The same shock restickered and by far the stiffest shock on the market. Terrible ride quality in light vehicles like Suzukis.

Re: Shocks/Large Tires

I second that motion, I had them and the ride sucked! The best I've seen are the Rancho 9000's that are 5 way adjustable for any terrain. I just don't want to spend the $ so I run $10 Gas Ryders. Soft ride, cheap to replace.
