1.3L Head Rebuild HELP!!

Help!! I just got the head back for my 1.3L. I know where all the parts go in reassembling the head back on the block except for one: A 1/4" dia. x 2-1/8" long stainless steel rod. Where does this go? Was this an internal part in the head and what I'm holding is just the old one? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I only have a Haynes manual which does not detail the head disassembly very clearly.

Re: 1.3L Head Rebuild HELP!!

it is the fuel pump rod, it goes in the hole near the back of the head.

pick up a real Suzuki Manual, and use it, throw the Haynes manual away.
