Well a big thanks has to go out to tkat2 (Tom) from here. He graciously took the ride with me after he got home from work. He inspected the sami and thought I was getting a good deal, it's my first one and I had no idea what to look for. The good part is that I bought it. It's 88 (not sure if 88.5), it's got new paint, rust spots have repaired, cheapo sub and amp (sounds pretty good),130k miles and brand new soft top. I have 33" Goodyear MTR's on the way, a Rocky Road 7 SPOA (buyin from Tom). I'm in desperate need for gears though. It was tough going from my 5.9 Litre Grand Cherokke to the 1.3 banger, but let the fun begin. Here's some pics.
Welcome to the world of Zukin'. My wifes daily driver is a Cherokee 4.0. Although the Cherokees are formidable off and you'll miss the HP on the highway; road you can't beat the Zuke for just plain fun and ease of repairs. The most fun you'll have is when your J**p buddies say, " that thing can't do thaaaaa---OH crap it just did."
