Replacing the head

Well thanks to a crappy thermostst I now have to replace the head gasket. Just wondering if it would be better to replace the head with a Sumo or Sumo 2, or should I leave well enough alone and just replace the gasket. Also lately I have been having trouble with "american made?" replacment parts. Especially the thermostat and gaskets. The new stat will be Suzuki OEM, what about the head gasket? are some better than others? Re: Replacing the head

Fel-Pro works pretty well , I absolutely will not use a Victor , they just plain suck . Dave sells Rock as well , seem to work fine .
