ZookiMelt 2003 Production ideas needed

Sarge has been chatting with me on a carburetor tutorial video to be included in the '03 Melt Video. Not only does this sound like a great idea, I think it needs to be expanded to include other maintenance/modification subjects!

So, if you have any ideas, post then here or email me about them. if yours is selected, we will shoot it at the Melt with you as the star (unless you are too shy or are not in attendance...)

I agree nice idea but the fact remains our society has become lawyer dependent. This is one of the reasons we no longer have the klune-v for are zuks, because some kid didnt get hurt but because the unit was not 100% bolt in and his daddy had some money to burn on a lawyer... I have been in contact with Julie out at Klune-v and have been asured it will come back but there is no deadline as to when

OK, how about some install tech? Pick some popular projects like:

1) Toy axles and YJ springs
2) Rebuilding xfer case with 6:1 gears
3) Cutting/tubing the body
4) Rollcage fabbing/install

Maybe just dreaming, but I'd pay $20 for a video of this kind of info.

Some of us don't have this level of wrenching experience or a bunch of time to get it either.

The meet and great needs to come back....was one of the best parts...also you could do a "How to install a Locker" or better yet Better wiring with CrowHorse.

<center>I would like to see more trail footage in the next video. Thats the main reason for going to the melt is for the trail rides. Since I cannot ride with everyone, it would be nice to see more footage of the trail riding. You know, who flopped where and who made it through what. Rally is good as with the rockrage but the everyday joe on 33's and no locker doing things unbelievable is what gets my blood pumping. As for the documentary part how bout something simple like trail manners and how to prepare for a run???

How about staging a camera person at some of the more "interesting" spots along the trails ? Like last years "stair steps" on the blue trail , or some of the killer hills and mud holes in the orange section . Maybe catch each group that comes along and see how each handles the situation differently . Just an idea ....

I would rather see more trsil foiotage than a carb tutorial on the Melt video. I think a carb tutorial or a tech video would be great but I don't hink it shoul dbe part of the event video. I'd rather watch 4 hours of trail riding!!
