3500 lbs warn winch

I was wondering if a warn z3500 would be wort mounting on the zuk I can buy it for 200$ I plan on getting an 8000 lbs later. [img]images/graemlins/givemebeer.gif[/img] <font color="blue"> </font color>

Nahh, I bought my 2500U with a 2" receiver for 75 dollars.
I'd say max @ 150.

I would say go for it. Most people would say that a winch of this rating wont be enough to pull a zuk out of a pile of dog sh!t. I think it is more than enough for pulling on hard surfaces and with a snatch block should be suficient to unstick a zuk. As with all off roading activites be safe use common sence and you should be fine.
In any event wasn't the factory offered winch rated at 1500 lb or 2500 lb? It is one or the other, I can't remember which one.

200 seems like alot for a winch that small i would probably save the $200 towards the 8000

i have a 1500 it has pulled me out twice so far and a 5000 i have only used it twice so far as well both are on reciever hitches the 1500 is only good for a just need a little more to get my self out kind of thing
