I am planing to buy a 4x4 for under 1500$. It should be good on gas and have leaf spring suspension front and rear. What should this vehicle be?

Welcome to the world of the SUZUKI SAMURAI. You can purchase a nice one for that kind of cash, and with minimal mod's, they are formidable off-road warriors.

I'm not sure what you're gonna find. Maybe a Land Rover, possibly a Lexus RX30? They're pretty cheep. All I know is a Suzuki Samurai is a really expensive gas-hog

All kidding aside, the answer is where you cam to find it. The Samurai is the obivious choice. A 4-banger CJ or an old Toyota truck might also be a choice, but not as fun in my mind

Food 4 thought
