tiltwheel for samurai

has anyone ever put a tilt wheel in a samuria if so when kind of column did you use thanks [img]images/graemlins/40BEER.gif[/img]

I had tilt/telescopic steering on my Willys.

Came out of an old car. I can't remember what it was though. Might have been a vette.

To scope the column, all you did was turn a ring on the wheel about 2/3 of the way to unlock, then lock it back.

I have heard or read something somewhere of someone putting a Toy tilt column in there zuk but dont remember who or where

I've heard of several people using Sidekick tilt columns
but they don't give much adjustment.Any of the salvage
yard/vendors could probably give you parts and info on
this swap.....Hawk,Petro,TT.

I believe Brent at www.trailtough.com has done this to his dohc GTI Samurai.
