Hi-Lift Jack ?

Saw this Hi-Lift Jack on ebay , is this a good price for a 48" Hi-Lift Jack ????? Of course they rape you with shipping charge.

Re: Hi-Lift Jack ?

Here is where I would be concerned. The Chineese made jacks pin snaps pretty easily so it is not as durable as the
American model. I don't know if a rebuild kit for the HI Lift would solve it or not...just an FYI...Does anyone know if this model is Chineese or not?

I got mine at a farm supply store, it's a true Hi-Lift for about $35.

Re: Hi-Lift Jack ?

Ditto on the Chineese modle it's JUNK!!! I got one at the local farm store for 10$ less then the usa made. Used it 1 time and bent the pins that hold the works in place. Took it back and got the usa modle and used many times no Problem!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Hi-Lift Jack ?

In that auction the jack is 30$ and the shipping is 30$. I got a genuine HI Lift jack at my local "farm store" for 54$ and since I carried it out to my truck all by myself there were no shipping charges. I did have to pay 5% Mass sales tax, though.

That's less than the no-name ersatz hi-lift in that auction. And frankly, if you can't find a farm supply store within driving distance of your house, you shouldn't be allowed to operate a hi-lift jack. You might hurt yourself

Hint: farm stores

Re: Hi-Lift Jack ?

ROFL.

Makes me wonder if Tractor Supply has them. The 4WD shop wanted to charge 80 bucks for one.
