Re: Tires

Well, you can fit 235 75 R15's without any lift. All you have to do is trm your bumper a bit. They'll rub if you get into basically any articulation at all. 225 75 R15's will fit great without any rubbing. You'll still have to trim your bumper a bit though.

Re: Tires

I have an 88.5 samurai. I had P235/75 Cooper Discover AT's on the stock rims with a stock suspension. No trimming and No rubbing anywhere.

I think the 235/75 LT (light truck) tend to run a little bigger.
The point is... not all tires are created equal.(in size) I would go with 235/75's on stock rims and if you have a little rubbing then you can "massage" the bumper and/or fender wells.

Just my experience.
Good luck!

Re: Tires

I run 30x9.5x15 on stock rims , overall only 29inch though. I had to trim the front bumper and flatten the rear seem in the front wheel wells . I also have extended the front bump stops 1/2 inch for off road , only rubbing I get is on full lock the front tyres hit the frame and spring .This is with no lift .
