Check Engine Light

I have a 91 tracker and at 80000 miles, the check engine light came on. I know there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. Does anybody know how to reset the light???

If you can't find the road to success, get a JEEP!!!

Re: Check Engine Light

The check engine light works just like the one on a Samurai. When you flip the 2-way switch it resets it to come on later. My brother has a 92 Sidekick and the switch was in the same general area as the Samurai. If you remove the speaker from the drivers side you can access the switch easier. There are some bars that run under the dash, it is attached to one of them. Just flip the location of the switch and it will reset to come on at another mileage. Hope this helps :^)
