Shock mounts

Does anyone make a custom shock mount that will allow for longer shocks in the front and rear? I just got done with a SPOA and need some shock mounts to allow my sami to flex. If anyone doen't make them I'll just have to get them from Glenn, just trying to save some money.

Thanks.

Re: Shock mounts

You can also use Ford Shock towers up front. I think they are generally cheaper, depends who you get them from though. It is part # E5TZ-18183-A
I think someone told me they are about 4inches longer than the stock mounts.
I'm not sure exactly how you go about putting them on, but it goes something like this.
Grind of your stock towers. Look at the Ford towers. It will be obvious what will need to be done to make them fit. Then you can either bolt them on, or weld them on.
I know that second step is vague, but I haven't seen these mounts myself and that is just what someone else told me. I think you have to grind part of the bottom of the ford shock tower off or somehting.
I think you can expect a price around 15bucks for them. maybe as much as twice that if the dealership is out to make more than a few bucks on you.
Good Luck
