\'89 sidekick?s / Kit ?

I have a '89 sidekick with a pretty nice trail set up. Under body rust is out of control. I haven't found a decent / affordable body to replace mine. Has anyone come across a kit that would work with a Sidekick as the donor? I have already checked the "Humveep" (no luck). Thanks for any help.

Re: \'89 sidekick?s / Kit ?

I don't think you are gonna be able to find much in the way of kits for the sidekick. Very few to nil in the way of fiberglass parts are available for any suzukis. Best bet is either find a donor body, and look into state laws as to what needs to be done to transfer VINS. Then swap the bodies. Or(probably cheaper if you have friends that weld or if you can yourself) start cutting out the bad meal and welding in good stuff to replace it. If the rust is really bad you may have to take the body off to do this. If the rust isn't eating holes through the metal, or the rust is on non structural parts you maybe able to get away with just using Por-15.
Good Luck
