OT: read this and wanted to share

Here are 10 things to consider when voicing an opinion on this important issue :

1) - President Bush and Saddam Hussein.....Hussein is the bad guy .

2) - If you have faith in the United Nations to do the right thing, keep this in mind :
....(a) - They have Libya heading the Committee on Human Rights .
....(b) - They have Iraq heading the Global Disarmament Committee .
....(c) - Do your own math here .

3) - If you use Google Search and type in "French Military Victories," your reply will be "Did you mean French Military Defeats ?"

4) - If your only anti-war slogan is "No war for oil," sue your school district for allowing you to slip through the cracks and robbing you of the education you deserve .

5) - Saddam and Bin Laden will not seek United Nations approval before they try to kill us .

6) - Despite what some seem to believe, Martin Sheen is NOT the President . He just plays one on TV.

7) - Even if you are anti-war, you are still an "Infidel" and Bin Laden wants you dead, too .

8 ) - If you believe in a "vast right-wing conspiracy," but not in the danger that Hussein poses, quit hanging out with the Dell computer dude .

9) - We are not trying to liberate them .

10) - Whether you are for military action, or against it, our young men and women overseas are fighting for us to defend our right to speak out. We all need to support them without reservation .
I hope this helps . I for one have heard about all your commie [bleep] I can stand so why don't you exersize my right not to have to listen to your bull [bleep] and STFU ! !

I read this and had to share it with guys .

Howdy,
Rockrat i feel i must tell you that i am a democrat. i fully sapport this war. i feel there is a need for this war. it like my daddie always told me when i had a problem with someone, "You got to knock down before they knock you down." i ain't much for President Bush, but i stand behind him cause he is our President. and just think we have the freedom of speech and the tv we watch is not own by the government.

I fully agree I cant call myself demo or rep I look for the lesser of evils and who can do the most, for the people. Our Government in my opinion is no longer we the people but more who has the cash. As far as the peolple that thought war wasnt nesc. and want to protest thats there right. I hope if they come to my town they stay off the side walks, I do like to urban 4wheel ocassionaly, Also there freedom to protest in my opinion ends when it interfere's and disrupts the daily regiment of others, rant off,

Re: OT: read this and wanted to share

Ratman,
Very well put. Democrat versus Republican is about like Baptist versus Methodist...what's the point. I choose my president and officials based upon who I think will benefit the country most. More times than not, I don't vote for one person, but against another. It is a shame that it has come to that, but you do what you gotta do. I believe in freedom of speech and support it fully. I also believe something else that most of the country has forgotten, and that is accountability for your actions. With that said, I feel sorry for someone burning an American flag within rifle range of my back door.
