anyone dealt with \'P90products\' on Ebay?

Hi folks,

On March 6th I did a "buy it now" for a set of the Zukboys flares on ebay from a seller called "P90products." I paid quickly after getting the automated emails from Ebay but never heard from the seller in a personal email to acknowledge my winning the auction or sending payment.

Their listing asks me to wait a week before shipping out so Im not too worried about the fact I havent gotten my flares yet, but I am concerned with the fact that they won't answer emails or even acknowledge me having won the auction.

I searched the archives on here and found only one reference to P90products, when the whole FSM on Cd thing started up, someone was rattling their cage about copyright. I couldnt find any other references to them as a seller. I searched on zukboys, too.

any info would be greatly appreciated.

You could always obtain their contact information (phone number, address), using This Form and give 'em a call.

It's weird how some people do business both buying and selling on ebay. I have had both types of auctions with actually no email contact from the other person sometimes just automated responses. Ebay has had me on pins and needles a few times. I always try to have contact and tell people when I have sent things out and when I buy I try to tell the person when I ship it or receive the product. I have also had to call a guy and talk to his mom(no one on here) to get my stuff out. Luckily I have not been burned yet. Give them a call if they don't respond to email. Jim

Re: anyone dealt with \'P90products\' on Ebay?

yeah..I've had both, too. When I am the seller I try to be very communicative with the buyer. I let them know they won in a personal email and acknowledge the payment when I get it , with an accurate estimate of when the item will go out. I ask them to let me know when it comes in and follow that up with another thank you.

If I am bidding on something relatively small or from an obviously super-busy seller (hundreds of items currently listed) I dont expect personal service but still get it sometimes because I send a friendly email thanking them for offering the item and letting them know I paid, etc.

In this case i sent them 234$. I dunno about you, but that's a pretty serious amount of money to me. I expect someone getting the money to take it seriously and at least send a one line email saying "got your $, will ship ASAP" or something like that. I mean..all they have to do is hit "reply" in their email program to thge email they got from me when I won. How hardd is that? And these people only have three items currently up for bid..its not like they are buried with activity. Its just really piss-poor business to not even have the courtesy to acknowedge payment, IMHO.

They've already earned a Neutral feedback for ignoring two emails asking about my payment. If I dont hear from them or get my flares in a week or so, they get a neg and I start talking to paypal about getting my money back.

I bought those Zukboys flares on eBay too. My order took 5 or 6 weeks to arrive. They were good about responding to my emails, though. They said they were behind in their shipping due to so many people ordering the flares. Also they are located in Canada, so shipping to the States is even slower. HTH

I had emailed them about shipping costs on those flares and never got a response. Since they didn't care to clarify the issue I was addressing, I didn't buy. I still like their flares though.

thanks for the info, guys. still no resolution with this..I guess I will have to call them, but I have a tendency to get testy on the phone with people when I think they are jerking me around and sometimes make matters worse!

I bought one of those FSM Cds from them and didn't have any problems whatsoever.

I sent this bozo an email saying I was going to get a refund from paypal and for 'some reason' he deemed it appropriate to reply. Imagine that.

he also said my kit would ship "very soon." I'll believe it when I see it.
