Got the relay today

Here it is, look a bit big don't you thing? It'a all labeled so instalation should be easy. It's a Chrysler relay btw.

I will try to install it today after school. Will let you know how it goes and maybe take some pics for a tech article.

And the Ignition wire in the lil black one that is connected on the starter selanoid right?

The ignition wire that you want is the only one connected to the solenoid with a spade connector. The relay that you have is different than the one that I used. All you need are four connections, one hot (connected to the battery), one ground(to the chassis), one connected to the solenoid, and one to connect your existing ignition wire to. I could not tell much from the picture, but your relay looks a lot sturdier than the ones I've seen used. Let us know how it works and if it works good describe what it is and what it came off of. Manufacturer and part numbers are helpful. Good Luck!

Alright here she is. Rather easy to set up [img]images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I have no clue on this relay. So far it's been good. No clicky [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

And here is my home made washer welded to a screw that i found that fit, i know the welds don't look to good, i had no mask.
