NC Zuk

Just wondering what axle and tire setup you are going to run?

Re: NC Zuk

Man, sorry I missed this yesterday. I'm gonna be running stock axles. Front with birf rings. Both have lockrite's. As for tires that is still yet to be seen. I currently have 33 x 12.50 AT no names on 15 x 10 rockcrawler rims w 2.5 inch backspacing. I really would like to find a good deal on some 33 inch used thornbirds to use for the trail only. Where I live in NC we have no rocks or traction anywhere. That is why I'm gonna stay with the stock axles for now. Maybe next year I'll swap to toy axles. Man I get that all the time. A lot of the guys I ride with here run Thornturds. They just seem to work pretty will in the sandy soil we have here. So if it were you what would you run?

Re: NC Zuk

Since you are running Sammi axles, you might think about trying to keep the tire weight down. I'd put some thought into MTR's.

For bias, I like regular TSL swampers.

Re: NC Zuk

I will be running MTR's or the new Krawler rock tire thats coming out or maybe even the Swamper SSR. Thats what works in the rocks around here. The thornbirds may be work fine in your area. I'm just bustin' your chops

Re: NC Zuk

Super swamper ltb's (33 13.5) Or boggers (33 14.0) Both are F**king burly tires, I will run 1 of those sets..
