Re: Cam 1.6 , 8 valve

I have a isky cam in mine 1.6 seems to run well...can't compare it to a stock 1.6 because when I did the swap it was already in there. I can tell you this, when i put a rebuilt shaved head with a cam on my 1.3 it hauled some serious ass (for a sammy that is)

I have an almost new Isky torquer cam if you are interested. Has around 100 miles on it. In box with instructions and lube.

Re: Cam 1.6 , 8 valve

I have a calmini cam in my 8V. I ran it with a Weber for a while and then put the EFI in. It runs great, and I guess it's OK, but I have nothing to compare it to.
