I know a guy who had the same thing happen to him, except THE DEER DIDN'T DIE and it injured the people in the car before they could escape. Talk about your pucker factor being off the scale LOL! A good reason to carry a first-aid kit and CLEAN UNDERWEAR in the car with you. [img]images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

I just don't understand the roof being caved in.......

I hit a deer in 1999 on my sport bike....with my wife aboard as well...

Air bags didnt work...lol i know it wasnt the bumper . but i saw a similar picture on base that the deer jumped off of a bridge in the highway right on top of a car....FLYING DEER

There's a pic at my mechanics that shows a moose butt sticking out the windshield and the moose head coming out the rear window. The article said there were 4 people in the car and all of them walked away with no major injuries.

I was with my mother and father in a Triumph TR4A IRS (Very small convert.) and we hit a deer. It totalled the car but all of us walked away unhurt. I was actually sleeping on the rear shelf(no back seat) when it happened and didn't even wake up! Everyone thought I was dead. When they woke me up, I thought they were kidding!

Talk about lucky!
