Quick PONY question..trouble with Emissions

When adjusting the mixture on a pony carb, is it counterclockwise to richen up and clockwise to lean it out? Or do I have it backwards?

Re: Quick PONY question..trouble with Emissions

Someone must know this? Tazuki88?? Failed e-test and it needs to be leaned out. I read that the two adjusting screws are idle speed (on throttle shaft) and air screw (at carb. base) So, does the air screw adjust the air quantity or the fuel quantity?? Help needed asap
