Bumpstops with YJ springs???

Who's running bumpstops in conjuction with a YJ spring kit in a SPOA configuration? I haven't put any bumpstops on my Zook after putting on YJs & was wondering if this is why the missing links (double shackles) are not opening up during full flex at ALL.

Re: Bumpstops with YJ springs???

I have bumpstops in the back to prevent the leaf from really going inverted. I have about 4" up travel till they hit.
I the front I have Dtech 8000 and placed the Ford towers to limit up travel as well....didn'r get it right and eat a couple of lugs on my 33's....so what I have is a small 1" spacer on the shock shaft at the very top for the bubber to but against. I have about 3" (never measured) up travel and that prevents the drop pitman arm fromt hitting the spring...Arm will come off when I put my P/S on....

The rear stops will save the springs....
Front ones save my tires...!
