pullin front sidekick diff need some help

hello all I have come to pullin this front diff out and am havin some probs doing so..first off its an 89 4x4 kick and if I am thinkin correctly you have to pull the shafts to get the diff out..I cant get the shaft out maybe I am doing this wrong but I pulled the caliper disc and housin off to where I get this odd lookin thing which is fitted around the actual shaft itself and I cant get it off any pointers here?

Un-bolt the driverside axle at the housing, disconnect the driveshaft, then take all the bolts off holding the complete front aluminum section to the frame(maybe 4-5 bolts?), when its all unbolted, it should come down pretty eacsy. Then pull thehousing until the pass side axle pops out use a screwdriver/pry bar to pop out the driver inner axle. Unbolt all the bolts to seperate the 3rd member and pry it off.

LMFAO 88.5 I meant bump it was a long night at struglin with taht damn thing and when I get pissed watch out cause out comes the cut off tool lol I see what your saying now it was like nothing i had ever seen and I knew I was going at it wrong but tom I will take a wack at it thank you
