Need ideas for a front bumper

I am looking for some good ideas for a front tube style bumper for my Zuki....I want one that I can make to use my front turn signal lights.....I have acess to some tubing and a welder,so give me some pics of bumpers that would be easy to make, but will also look good.If I dont see anything I like I may have to start shopping around for one.I just hate to spend $200-$300 on a bumper when I might be able to make my on for a little of nothing.

Or if you have one for sale...let me know

Re: Need ideas for a front bumper

I made mine from 1-1/2 square tubing and some 1/4 " plate. Here's the pic.

Re: Need ideas for a front bumper

As round tube bumpers go...I like the trail tough ones the best.

look kool
powder coated
light weight
form fitted
uses origional lights
can be had with hitch tubes
lots of options

whats not to like?

check em out on their web site

<font color="green"> I like the Wheelers Offroad bumpers the best, not only because I've got one, but because I've never seen a bumper that is built as good as this one! Very nice...

Jeep is cheap

I realize that you stated tubular, but here's what I did with a Jeep bumper. Didn't have to cut it down; it's stock width. I used the stock Samurai bumper to retain the directionals. PM me if you want more details.

Re: Need ideas for a front bumper

Mine was not tubing but aluminum channel. 6" and very strong. See attachment if interested.

I have since sold it and installed a Trail Tough front bumper without the top loop.
