Ok then... this is what I know... first off the long block figures in at at around 110 lbs.... the guys at Petroworks ship them all the time (altho' I think just locally).... iffa hadda guess i'd say that shipping would be around $85-$100.

Seldom correct~Never in doubt

Re: ENGINE SHIPPING?>??????

ups will take a max of 150# you cant take it to mail box etc. or places like that because they dont want to mess with it and then have to up charge from there

around here you can take to ace hardware or call for a pick-up at work
the best thing to do is call ups
i got the price off off ups.com

Re: ENGINE SHIPPING?>??????

YO studly...

you've got tp get a hold of those guys here at Petroworks.. (800) 952-8915 ask for Rudy.... I watched one go out and one come into the shop while I was there! UPS was the delivery service used. The engine was somehow fastened to a wooden pedestal with a cardboard box covering the top. I watched as the PW guy bent down, picked up the boxed engine and carried it by hand out to the UPS truck whilst the UPS guy brought in the other... What can Brown do for you?
