cable lockers

I did a search and found that KAM makes a cable locker for the sammy. Is there any other companies that make the cable lockers for the sammy. Does anyone know if Eaton has made there electric locker for the sammy.

I like the idea of turning on and of my lockers, but find the ARB to be a little pointless for my application. I would end up having to tear the diffs apart to replace the seals and bushings more often than I would use the locks.
Any info would be welcome.

Re: cable lockers

The rumor I've heard on the Eaton locker is they won't
be making it for the Samurai 6.9" diff but will be making
them for the 7.5" SideTrack diff.I'd imagine that the
Eaton is going to be just as expensive as the ARB,if not
more so.
As far as the ARB air lockers being prone to leaks, that
hasn't been my experience (yet). However I've always been
carefull to polish the journal where the seal rides.I do
believe ARB made a mistake when they used an "O" ring for
a seal. They should have had a lip type seal manufactured,
they sell enough units to cover the developement costs.
No dought about it,we sure could use a good $300 cable
locker!

Re: cable lockers

Unfortunately everything is more expensive over here and that price is less than an ARB would cost.
