hybrid rears and full floaters?

Well, it seems that since spidertrax has gone to the sidewinders, they don't offer their hybrid rear anymore.
Who else besides trail tough offera a hybrid rear and/or a full floater kit for the rear, but that uses zook disc brakes?

The Sidewinder is about as hybrid as you can get. It uses the tracker rear 3rd member, custom axles (Full Floater) and Zuk front brakes. Just what are you looking for ?

Trail Tough, Hawk's Strictly Suzuki and I think Petroworks.

I have a Sidewinder that uses stock Sammy shafts.

Re: hybrid rears and full floaters?

Actually, what I want is simple:

1: I want a full floater rear for towing
2: I want sammy rear disc brakes, not subaru or something else.
3:I don't want to have to spend a grand

thats about it!

Re: hybrid rears and full floaters?

The Subaru rear brakes Trail Tough sells work on Samurai
front rotors plus they have a built in E-brake,something
you don't get with Samurai calipers.
You might wan't to give Spidertrax a call to see if they've
got any of the old style hybreds left. They might even have
some used ones that have been exchanged for the new style
Sidewinder axle. This could get you in under your $1000
budget.
