Rear axle seal problems, have ?

I went out to my Zuk today and saw a puddle of brown fluid leaking from the drivers side rear wheel. I pulled it apart and everything looks fine but same goo is inside the axle housing. Obviosly there is a leak, but my seal looked good? should I check any thing else? I am going to put a new bearing, seal, coupler, and cylinder in and hope that everything is o.k. Sound like a plan?

Also check wheel cylinder to make sure that it isnt leaking.Check bearing for wear, the seal leaks when bearing is worn or on its way out.
