need help with chevette automatic

anyone done a engine and trani swap taking out the original sami motor and swapped with a 1.6 chevette with auto trany i need some advise, mostly on attaching the auto trani to the transfer case. anyone done this please help with some info please

You should do a search. My buddy already asked this question and someone replied to him, I don't know who, but anyways he has the part to conect the the tranny to transfer case and he's selling it for a good price. Or try to pm my buddy. his name is Cale.

Longy - does the auto you've got have a standard 4 bolt flange, or is it a 3 lobed thing? (they've come both ways)The 3 lobed version was also used in Fiats, and Lada's: you can pull the needed shaft off of a Fiat, and shorten it into your intermediate shaft, or if you can find Lada parts, use the intermediate shaft off of a Niva w/ the rubber anti-vibration donut in it.

(incidentally, if you'd like a pic of the 3 lobed anti vibration setup, I have the old one from my Niva and can post a pic for you)
