Putting front back together: SEALING COMPOUND 366E

Quick one:
I'm putting together the front hubs and bearings and the FSM tells me to ue SEALING COMPOUND 366E.

Are we talking black Permatex here? What am I buying on the way home from work today?

I have used several colors of the Permatex and in my opinion for the axle components the gray seems to work better than any other type I have used. Suzuki used the gray sealant on the 3rd members and black on some of the other axle components.

Don't use the old black permatex. Any of the RTV based gasket sealers will do. blue, red even black, as long as its a silicone RTV rubber, not the black permatex stuff no one has used since RTV came out.

howdy,
i use the red rtv sealant. i not much for the color red but i have never had a problem out of the red. i just wish they made the red formula in a green color. i love green and yellow, in letters three foot high.
