Hi all, I\'m New/back/been gone, just saying hi

Hello my name is David Ulrich, and I'm a Sidekickaholic.

I started building my truck (lil Suzy) about 6 years ago, (I Bought her in 91) and when I finished had modified her as far as a Sidekick could be at the time. I built her as a mud bog truck and had a lot of fun keeping up with the guys with the big trucks on the trails. Currently I am rebuilding her to be more Mountain friendly, since my move from Memphis to Denver I discovered that mud trucks don't do all that well in the mountains of colorado. So she is on Jack stands again, I am reworking the suspension and will be adding a full roll cage and some other goodies as well.

Lil Suzys current modifications include:

Calmini Winch Bumper with 6000# Ramsey

6.5" of lift, 2.5 home made body lift and 4.0" Custom Calmini/OME Suspension lift

Skid plates and nerf bars

jacobs ignition

Calmini Header and low restriction 2.5" exaust

Onboard Air (modified Air conditioning compressor

Delco AC 150 amp alternator

5.83 R&P's

Lockers front and rear

31X12.50 Boggers

Superwinch locking hubs (second set First set was replaced under warranty when I blew one of them up)

and a bunch more stuff.

I am sorting out the bugs in my hybred front suspension and when i am finished hope to have the most articualtion that can be had from a Sidekick front Suspension

I am also going to work on the rear suspension maybe a four link setup, I am going to stay with the Suzuki T-case so I have to work around the driveshafts slip yoke. Anyone have any experience reworking the rear suspension, what has worked, not worked, idea's? I don't want to do the Calmini thing because I know I can get more articulation out of a custom setup

anyway, being new to this list I wanted to introduce myself and Lil Suzy I have attached a picture of her for those of you who have never seen her.
