What the...?

I was looking in the September issue of 4wd&su and I noticed that one of our beloved Suzuki manufaturing companies is also making jeep stuff too. On page 39 and page 57 there are adds for Full Traction suspensions on 39, and Calimini on page 57. They both have the exact same page layout, which caught my eye first. Then they both have the same address.
Maybe this is why the Calmini stuff is a little bit more pricey than other Suzuki vendors. What do you all thinks of this?
P.S. I'm not against Jeeps or anything, it just seems wierd.

Re: What the...?

More power to them... The larger the customer base they have, the more money they will have to venture on new products, the better the chance of something new that I want being produced...

Like a kit to get the 2.0 in my Sammi....

Re: What the...?

i don't buy from calmini. but i have a friend that buys tons of stuff from them for his nissan. i think it's a good idea for vendors to sell other vechile parts so that the can make more money, and maybe turn some of that money into new parts for sammis. and when selling parts for other vechiles you can find out how to interchange these parts with different vechiles.

Re: What the...?

RRO sells Jeep stuff as well. I think calmini is marketing there stuff as full traction cause they don't wanna have a import reputation with the Jeep guys. Also I would be willing to bet the suspension set ups are similiar in the TJ and Newer track/kick stuff. I know a TJ coil spring spacer will fit a trackers with a little trimming. I have been eyeing full traction's 4" kit for my TJ they claim it'll ramp an 1100 right out of the box, but don't say what ramp that is, I'd guess a 20 degreeor 23.
