ORV Park in Hot Springs

Anyone been to the Superlift park in Hot Springs AR? Just curious if it's worth the drive. Sounds good.

Re: ORV Park in Hot Springs

i rode around with TrailWalker there one day... DEFINITELY worth going to check out if you like to climb over big rocks. i only got to see a couple of the trails but they are making new ones everyday and they have all kinds of skill level trails. they're a little tight for a fullsize rig but Zookin is no problem there. i live exactly 50 minutes from the trailhead but have yet to take the bronco down there.... i'll tape plenty of footage when i finally do. i have about 1/2 hr of footage i could put up tomorrow if you want to see it... including TW's Sami

Re: ORV Park in Hot Springs

ok well i took the liberty of putting some up for anybody that wants to see Trail's rig or the HS trails:
http://www.arkansasmud.com/Samurai1.WMV <-- 10 megs
http://www.arkansasmud.com/Samurai2.WMV <-- 2 megs, good one for modem folks
http://www.arkansasmud.com/Samurai3.WMV <-- 8 megs

If anybody really cares i can put up a high quality unedited ~30min copy with all rigs of the day.

Re: ORV Park in Hot Springs

Wow , you did a good job of taking the video. I went there in 98 with my solid axle toyota it SOUNDS just like my video. The sound of squeeks(sp?) and rocks hitting iron (axels, gastanks, skid plates).
Will try to find time this year to make it there again. Thanks for posting the video clips

I'm in Fayetteville, but the inlaws are in Arkadelphia so we go through the springs all the time.

Re: ORV Park in Hot Springs

cool, i go to school in f'ville but stay around little rock during the summer. i'm always up to do some wheeling out at wedington or wherever... i got a jeep buddy (it happens) that's starting school up there this fall so hopefully we'll get to do some trail runs fairly often... you or anybody you know is welcome to bring their rigs (small or large) on out with us. do you by chance know anything about the local 4x4 clubs or the trails at devil's den or Cass? those are things i want to investigate this year if i have time. i'll get ahold of my bro's camera and get that full length thing put on the website... Trail i'll get you a VHS copy of it one of these days by the way, i might be about to get a sidekick if i can get that sucker to run, then we can all go "Zookin in hot springs"
