Re: need some help with bushings

Take a drill with a 1/4" bit and drill holes in the bushing all around and eventually it'll fall out. then you'll have to beat the metal sleeve out once the bushing is gone.....

My way anyway!

Re: need some help with bushings

I used an air chistle with the blunt punch bit in it. A few blasts and they fell out.

Re: need some help with bushings

I tried drill bits first, but with the air drill we have, I ended up going for the ride.

Ive also learned that A high speed 3 inch cut off wheel isnt the best thing to use to trim off a bushing. I heard my friends little boy laughing, and let off the grinder to turn around to a HUGE bright pink cobweb of the nastiest stickiest bushing webbs from the grinder. It was EVERYWHERE.
