SPUA, CO steering, etc. on ramp.....

Proof positive.....

I couldn't resist the temptation, so I installed the CO steering while in the SPUA mode... I knew the clearances would be tight, but wanted to see exactly how tight...

DougO helped me ramp it on a 30 degree ramp. The CO steering would only allow me a 7" vertical rise before it made contact with the frame. Not good....
We ramped the driver's side and the results were quite different. With my SPUA, S/R, and "s" wrapped, rearched but sagging OEM springs, I was able to travel app. 37" up the ramp translating into 18" vertically before the tire stuffed into the well. I was quite surprised at this....

Looks like the CO steering will have to wait till I go SPOA... But before I do, I still need to resolve my steering issues....

Pug, DougO, Tim.....Yep you heard right....SPOA for me...somewhere down the road....
