1 more, where\'s fuel pump relay wire on 93 Tracker

I'm trying to change my fuel filter, but being that I am basically mechanically inept, my Haynes manual is giving me fits. It says I need to depressurize the fuel lines, which I understand, by unplugging the fuel pump relay wire next to the ECM under the dash and running the Tracker until the flow of gas stops and the engine stops. I understand this, I had to do it in my Chevy truck. The Haynes manual shows a little picture of the dash area with a little icon for the ECM and then another for the fuel pump relay wire next to it. So I stick my head down there and there's all kinds of objects, several of which could be the ECM, and at least 4 wire looms with many connectors and "unplugable" things.

Can someone tell me which wire it is I need to unplug? Please explain this to me rinky tink style, I need all the help I can get right now.

just loosen the fuel filter lines real slow and it will depressurize. if you do it slow enough you wont squirt fuel in your eye or something. this is the way i do it every time and never have any problems.

I might have to just do that, not getting much help anywhere else.................

This is still safe with higher pressure fuel injection lines, right?

The fuel pump relay and the main relay are both mounted on the same frame as the ecm. I don't have my manual in front of me, but I'm 99% sure the fuel pump relay has the pink wire going to it.
