What size is the factory radio in a 93 Tracker?

I'm looking at getting a Marine grade CD player for the Tracker, so that I can do my wheeling with the top off and not worry about killing my stereo if the top is down in the rain. I've found one, but it's bigger than the usual DIN style aftermarket receiver. It's a Clarion XMD1-RET AM/FM Marine CD Player with CD Changer Controller. You can view a picture of it in the Photos section of this page.

Would this fit in place of the stock radio? I'm having a hard time finding any info as to what size the deck is.

i don't think it will fit. you can put a regular cd player in your glove box. that is what i did in my crx. if it is raining just shut your glove box.(i hope you don't drive through water that deep!)

I'm starting to just think about a regular Crutchfield ordered Pioneer and one of those spray shields they have for boats with "non Marine" radios.

I'm not sure one would fit in the glove box anyways, but I'm not going to take it in water that deep, intentionally. I happen to know it floats thanks to my buddy, the previous owner. Nice and water tight, but also rather bouyant.
