Re: Has anyone done a S/R and SPOA on their Zuk?
I run that combo. I have Calmini's 2" shackle reverse, Rocky Road's 4.5" SPOA kit. It worked great and I was looking for more travel in the rear so I recently got rid of the rear Calmini shackles and put rear Revolver shackles on and rear 3" National springs. Worked great for the 2 seconds they lasted. But the kit worked great as mine is a daily driver of atleast 80 miles a day plus I live in the mountains/curvy roads. You get used to the extra tippiness. I run 10.5 wide swampers which aren't too wide but the stabilize it enough. If you were to put 12.5" tires on there you'd be pretty darn stable. make sure you get a SPOA kit that includes a steering corrector, longer brakelines, longer shockmounts, longer shocks, and driveshaft spacers or you will have serious problems. The stock pitman arm won't even work w/ over 3" of lift cause it won't reach the tie-rod. Good luck. Rocky Road's customer service isn't the greatest, but I do have to say that I like their SPOA spring perches over others. Their shockmount broke on me this year though, so anything can happen.
