Notice the custom rust, or "lightened metal" as I like to call it.

Luckily, there isn't as much of it as there could be.

Re: Pics of my 94 Tracker.....finally

Actually, I'm thinking something like this:

Guy in England's Vitara. 5" of lift front and rear, coils in the back, SJ410 solid front axle with custom 5" front leaf packs.

That's eventually though. While it's a daily driver it'll probably get a 3" Calmini lift, and 1-2" of body lift, enough to clear 31x10.5's.

Re: Pics of my 94 Tracker.....finally

You should be able clear 31's with just a 3" lift. I had 29's on my 2000 chev tracker and they rarely rubbed. Thats stock with no lift!

Re: Pics of my 94 Tracker.....finally

I dunno, I've talked to and read a lot about that setup, and most guys could clear 30x9.5's or 30x10.5's with just the 3" lift on the older Trackers/Vitaras/Escudos. Maybe some narrower 31's with suspension movement, like 31x9.5R15 Swampers, or 31x10.5R15's for street driving only. I'd prefer to be able to run regular ol' Tire Store 31x10.5R15 MT radials, not expensive Swampers, since it's my daily driver/weekend wheeler right now. When I go for the solid axle conversion (long, long time from now, like after flight school), I'll do the Swampers.

Maybe the newer ones have bigger wheel openings?

Re: Pics of my 94 Tracker.....finally

what you realy need is a full width 60 and 14 bolt axle no lift and trimming to fit 35s.

that would be sweat

Re: Pics of my 93 Tracker.....finally

Hahaha, but then it wouldn't fit down all the ATV trails. The fact that Suzukis fit in places that Jeeps can't fit is one of their big draws. If I do go solid front I'll just use a Samurai or other Suzuki solid front axle.

You still got the 2500LD?

I just noticed I said it was a 94, oops. Going senile.......
