Yet another Zuk stolen from a Vendor!

Roadlessgear.com had a Zuk stolen yesterday! Here's a copy of the post at the Topica list:
What is this world coming to?

First Glenn, now me. Some scumbag just ripped off an 87 Zuk from my place last night. Nothing special about the vehicle - I was just starting the buildup. But I did just finish rebuilding the motor - Weber - Header - ran
like a dream. A PolyShield is about the only other mod I made to it. I'm
more pissed about the HOURS AND HOURS of time I put into the thing.

I used to think I lived in a relatively low crime small town. Wake up call for Figmo.

So it looks like as our little Suzuki's start to become more popular - the unsavory elements out there are taking notice as well.

None of you really live in my area so it wont do any good to put out the alert to keep your eyes peeled for it - but I did want to send this message to let you all know to be careful.

-Figmo (who now has one less Zuki then he did this time yesterday) http://www.roadlessgear.com

Does your 88 have the Sumo head & cam on it? Was wondering due to your email address, If so, which one and how do you like it?

Man, this is getting sick . Screw wiring up a coil to the body, time to use a Tazer... Got any pics of it? We need to start some sort of net to catch these idiots, then start scalping and public hangings, so the rest of them don't get any ideas .

Sorry to hear about the loss...it just plain blows when people/animals take what's not thiers.

This is why I leave my last name/city out of the internet world.

The Zuk was found none the worse for wear...looks like it was some kids looking for a joy ride.
I would be happy to set up a stolen Zuks page, even here on ORC if they'll let me.

Re: Yet another Zuk stolen from a Vendor!

R/T, I have started a Database listing on Off Road Rides (Yahoo Group) to do just that, Meaning get a list going so we know what to look for. I'm limited to 10 fields But that should be OK. If we out grow it we can export the data and place it somewhere else. Look in:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/offroadrides/

And on the left there is a Database button
