Anyone need a Scout?

Jesse just called and he's found a Scout for sale in a Junk Yard just outside of Rocky Mount, NC for $100. He says it is complete, except for the steering wheel, and all the glass is busted. I figured for that price it might be worth it for the axles, those Scouts got 44s right? Anyway, if anyone is interested, just post a reply on here and I'll try to get the phone number for you. The truck has been sitting for a while, but it was said to have ran when it was parked.

just to let you all know, a samurai rear seat fits perfectly in the rear of a Scout...

just sold a seat to someone who was rebuilding his Scout and he said that it fit perfectly...

Re: Anyone need a Scout?

Only the 75 and up Scout II's had 44's in the front. All of the rest had the Dana 30 up front, except for a few weird 74's that got caught in the change-over.

Re: Anyone need a Scout?

As far as I know , it runs ok but is way too wild to be street legal . Definitely a trailer haul . If I remember right , it's got a set of 38's on it , too . I can check it out further if you like .
