Who bought the XL7 parts truck??????

Any plans on that rear axle? IF not, would you give/trade/sell it to me?

Why you may ask? It's new and different and stronger than what is in the Kick and GVs. DOn't get me wrong, the Kick axle is stout for the Kick, but the GV is over 3000# and with the V6, the axles are short lived.

I plan on doing the R&D to see if a locker can be adapted to it. As of now, the XL7 rear chunk is not shared by any other auto maker, nor does anyone have a locker for it. Even the spider gears are different so using Sammy lockers, like we do in Kick rears, is not an option.

The research I do could possibly be beneficial to many other Zookers, particularily the newest of bretheren, the Vitaras. It might be all in vane, or it could be a new dawn.

Let me know. TIA.

Thanks man. Now that I see the pics, it that thing even straight anymore? I just got a Gv axle shaft from a yard and it was bent! Talk about bending a crow bar.

Let me know if you choose to ditch it.

Anyone need to buy a cast steel Kick/Gv housing?
