I need new drive lines

I just P/O i cant seem to fix the problem with my zuki shaking when i start off in first gear.
When i start in first it shakes the transfer case then when i shift to 2nd gear it shakes a little bit then it stops and runs fine.
I already replace the u-joints the 3rd members but i still have my welded locker in the rear and i have a spoa w/ 31x10.5x15
tires, if all fails i will just buy a transfer case and new drivelines, im just fed up with it.

P.S I need help with this guys

Re: I need new drive lines

transfer case mounting arm is bent.... try replacing them....

trust me....I was frusterated as all get out and replaced my ujoints and went through everything,
the reinforced long arm or the short arm was slightly bent... vibes went away....

that was 7 months ago....

Thats what I would say, also alignment maybe, tires out of balence, bent wheel, lots of stuff could cause that.

i vote for bent tcase arms or bad tcase bushings. your case is probably twisting forward when you put on the gas.

Re: I need new drive lines

I have EXACTLY the same vibes as you. In this case I know it's my T-case arm, it's slightly tweaked, but I can live with the vibes for now, until I make my own arms and skid plate.

Re: I need new drive lines

First check that all the T-Case mounts are tightened, #1 case for the 1st gear shimy, Next Try the T-Case mounts, are they still good? They could be broken, soaked in oil (they Jelly Mount). Then check the arm, it may be bent. But, sounds like one of the first 2 reasons.

Re: I need new drive lines

just checking but if its not those two could it be something else?
The main reason Ive change my parts because i broke a u-joint and one tooth on my third member had broke off and my wheel bearings were bad so i went change them out..

Re: I need new drive lines

Check the t-case mounting arms and mounts as others have said and check the motor mounts too.
