I swapped my springs and bolted on the 33's last night. They were kind of close to the rear of the wheel well so I cut some of it off and beat the edges smooth with a hammer. I think it is enough room but I'm not sure. What do you think.

This last one is just a profile so you can see the change from 31's. It's going to look MEAN!!

What suspension setup do you have? How is your flex?

Re: Is this enough space for my new 33\'s (w/ Pics)

The rear springs are CJ's (slightly lifted inch or 2). With missing links. I don't know about the flex yet. I have extended the brake lines and will be running a shock with 33" extended length, so it should be good. I am geting to the point now where I'm worried if it will be too much for the drive shaft. I'm taking a stock front and having it shortened to fit the rear. Hope this works.

Looking good Nate! Your rig has changed alot since I saw it last. (it's growing up). I think your cut-offs will help in tire clearance. I had to do the same thing for my 33's. I also cut off as much metal as possible around the top curved area and installed Jeep TJ flares to cover the space, as they are wider than the stock Sami flares and have a larger opening at the bottom.
Keep on Zukin'

What year is your Zuke? Do you have the single rear brake line, or (as pre-88's) the double? I have an extended steel braided brake line for the rear (single fits 88.5 and up), if you're interested. New, never used. (I ended up with a drop bracket instead) I paid over $20 for it, it's yours for $10 if ya want it.
