4.16 gear install

Despite being really nervous about it (I have read a lot of reports of how hard it was for someone to do this install), I pulled my t-case last night and about 4 hours later had it all back together (installing tonight weather permitting), with the new gears in and ready to go!

For anyone else who is thinking about doing this themselves, I would say as long as you have access to a gear puller and an impact wrench (those flange nuts were TIGHT!), GO FOR IT!
Without the impact it would have been a lot tougher...without the gear puller I am not sure I could have done it at all.
