5" fits 35" tires on a Sidekick? Something's messed up here. We've done a good number of 4.5" lifts before and a 31 is about as big as it can get on them.

Re: sidekick almost done

Sounds pretty close to me. I would bet a 33 would fit easy. I had a 2000 Tracker and 29's fit on it stock. Granted I'm not a rock crawler, but I hit the dunes pretty hard and the only time it rubbed was when I got the front end off the ground. Thats with stock bumpers and wheels. No mods what so ever.

Re: sidekick almost done

It might sag a bit when you start driving it. But check your CV's 5" might be a bit of a stretch. I ran 31's on the Geo with 3" body and 2.5" Procomp and I still had to cut the fenders to turn the wheels. 33's will probably fit if you get happy with the sawzall on the rear of the fenders. You might have good lick with skinny 33's like the BFG's they come in a 9.5 and a 10.5, others make the skinnies too.
