Dead battery, cable loose, bad ground, switch gone bad, starter locked up, bad solenoid, motor locked up, neutral safty switch or could be something else altogether.

Re: whats wrong with my zuk?

Make sure that the small 1/4 inch connector is tight on the starter, and you need to be sure that there is 12 volts there while the key is in the crank position. You can check the starter by running a wire directly from the battery to the small terminal on the starter (be sure that the truck is in neutral, and the e-brake set). Sounds like you need the relay update to your wiring harness to me.

Re: whats wrong with my zuk?

If it doesn't do anything I would really check the clutch safety switch mentioned earlier. For an absolutly nothing happens that would be my first guess too. Jim

Re: whats wrong with my zuk?

A relay gets wired in between the factory harness and the starter. Suzuki in all their infinite wisdom designed a wiring harness that didn't have enough current carrying capacity to drive the starter motor for any length of time. A relay is wired in between the start wire and the starter, allowing a larger gauge wire to be directly hooked from the battery to the start terminal. The relay only costs $4. from Auto works, and installs in minutes. Do a search on starter relays, there are many threads covering this.
