Help: How difficult is it to install a snorkel?

I think I am going to buy a snorkel but I am afraid I might do something wrong like cut a big hole and ?? How difficult is it? I am not into fixing vehicles that much. I usually let my mechanic do it. How is it under the hood and what is involved. The person selling it told me it takes two hours. I am thinking about buying this one:

I just made mine today. Cost less than $20 and looks almost identical to the one your about to buy. If you can cut PVC then glue them together, you can do it to. If you like that one, let me know and I'll send you an exact list of the pieces you need and tell you how to put them in. Whatever you do good luck and happy snorkeling.

Re: Help: How difficult is it to install a snorkel?

Hey,

I've got the xtremezuk snorkle and I love it. It was very easy to install. All you need is a drill to put the hole saw they give you on. Make sure you ask them for their new version of the snorkle with the "darth vader helmet" cap on top of the snorkle instead of the wide rectangle head. The snorkle was the first thing I ever did to my Zuk mechanically & I did it in about 1 hour. Already saved my Zuk once. Get a ton of looks and questions about it and it just looks damn cool. The he11 w/ ARB & their $300 kit.
