ABOUT A WEEK AGO MY SAMI STARTED RUNNING BAD AND MISSING REALLY BAD. I HAVE REPLACED THE DIST. CAP, PLUGS, WIRE, TIMING BELT, FUEL FILTER, AND THEN INSTALLED A WEBER BECAUSE MY CARB HAS BEEN BURNING REALLY RICH. AFTER DOING ALL OF THAT IT WILL IDLE BUT HAS NO POWER AND WHEN I TAKE THE BREATHER OFF IT IS COVERED WITH FUEL. WHAT NEXT

Re: weber carb

Somethin's up with your fuel line, Are you sure you got everything installed correctly?

Re: weber carb

THE FUEL LINE LOOKS TO BE O.K. I WONDER IF I SHOULD TRY AN ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP AND A PRESSURE REGULATOR. I HAVE TRIED TO TIME IT BUT IT RUNS GREAT AT IDLE AND TIMING LIGHT SHOWS IT TO BE AT AROUND 10 DEGREES. AS FAR AS I KNOW I HAVE EVERYTHING INSTALLED CORRECTLY ONE VAC LINE TO DIST. AND CARB VENT TUBE TO CHARCOAL CANNISTER.

Re: weber carb

Is the timing advance working ok? I mean, both mechanical and the vacuum ones? I'd also check the vacuum in the manifold, and the valves. It may have slipped the timing belt or dropped an intake valve...
