ZookMelt ???

Just found this on the Izook web site http://www.izook.com/zookimelt/camping/hq.htm They moved the camping. It's now 16 miles from the Badlands, That means some of us would have to trailer our Zuk's to and from the Badlands. The wife and I are re-thinking our trip, We might go to Canada at the end of June instead.

Re: ZookMelt Camping???

Well, that's really not much further than Summer's campground. Could you leave your Zuke at the Badlands overnight for the event? Maybe someone with a van could set up a car pool to and from the campsites?
Anyone know why the camping was switched? ...Rae? ...BillyBob?

Looks like registration is now open on the IZOOK site...

I'll be there fer sure!

Re: ZookMelt ???

Whats the big deal? I've never went there before, so I don't know what the other camp site(s) looked like. If its better and bigger then I'm all for it! Don't care if I have to drive my Zuk to the trails!

Re: ZookMelt ???

Tim- as well as the rest of ya fellas:
This year we are going to have the Official campground at the new place because:
Steam Corner has offered the entire place to us, the cost is cheaper, more room, no friggin 2 mile drive down a dusty dirt road, more showers, more toilets, more trees, a place to have breakfast. With the even growing ever more popular year by year, we are out growing Summer's Campground in a big hurry. This new place yes is a longer drive, but with all the space that is available to us the call has been made to move it. I hope that this will not keep you from coming to this year's event, I truely enjoyed you and Joy last year and was hoping to see you again this year. As far as the suggestion that we run some kind of a shuttle or find out if we can keep trucks at the Badlands overnight, I will turn these questions over to TD Graham(the events GRAND PUBA) as well as Larry and Terrina Harris(founders of IZOOK)and get back with you all as soon as I have an answer.
Love to all
